At 9 am we pick you up from your hotel in San Gil to start your Bike Adventure. The first part of the tour is on the main route San Gil vía Barichara. In Barichara we cycle up to the famous viewpoint of Barichara to get to see the mountain scenery we´ll bike through later on in the day.

Then we start our large downhill through the majestic Suárez Canyon. By getting down to the river there is the option to have our picknick at the wild riverside or later on in the small village Galán.

To continue usually we put up the bikes on top of the car and drive all the way up to Galán. If you are looking for a challenge you can also decide to cycle up all the 8 km or the first part of it.

Actually it is not the distance that makes it challenging to continue by bike but the heat of the day at this time.

After lunch we go up in the jeep to another breathtaking viewpoint where you get to see the Canyon and the closeby Serranía de los Yariguíes National Park. The last biking session is a long downhill of 11 km before returning to San Gil at around 5 pm.
